Gave the initial presentation describing the planned development of the Ranger Neutral Buoyancy Vehicle.

Described progress in the development of the Ranger NBV flight hardware.

Described progress in the development of the Ranger NBV electronic systems, along with plans for the flight control system, simulation, and operations.
